2. Booking & Scheduling

  • A booking is considered confirmed once a date and time are agreed upon between the client and Kelev K9.
  • Kelev K9 reserves the right to adjust or reschedule appointments due to trainer availability, weather conditions, or safety concerns.

3. Payments (Your Policy — No Upfront Payment)

  • Kelev K9 does NOT require payment at the time of booking.
  • Payment is collected after the service has been completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients are expected to pay in full on the same day services are provided.
  • If payment is not made as agreed, Kelev K9 reserves the right to refuse or cancel future services.
  • If a client repeatedly cancels, no-shows, or fails to pay on time, Kelev K9 may require a deposit for future bookings.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that you will:

  • Provide accurate information about your dog’s behavior, health, and history.
  • Inform the trainer of any aggression, medical conditions, or safety concerns.
  • Ensure your dog is up to date on vaccinations when required.
  • Follow trainer instructions during and after training sessions for best results.
  • Supervise your dog when instructed to do so.

5. No Guaranteed Results

Dog training outcomes depend on multiple factors including:

  • Dog temperament
  • Owner consistency
  • Home environment
  • Regular practice of training techniques

Kelev K9 does not guarantee specific behavioral results, but commits to professional, ethical, and effective training methods.

6. Safety & Liability

By participating in training, you acknowledge that working with animals carries inherent risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kelev K9 is not responsible for:

  • Injuries to the dog, owner, or others during training
  • Property damage caused by the dog
  • Behavioral changes outside of training sessions
  • Unpredictable animal reactions

Clients participate in training at their own risk.

7. Website Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Website
  • Copy or redistribute Kelev K9 content without permission

13. Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +13237742269. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
