3. Payments (Your Policy — No Upfront Payment)
- Kelev K9 does NOT require payment at the time of booking.
- Payment is collected after the service has been completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients are expected to pay in full on the same day services are provided.
- If payment is not made as agreed, Kelev K9 reserves the right to refuse or cancel future services.
- If a client repeatedly cancels, no-shows, or fails to pay on time, Kelev K9 may require a deposit for future bookings.
4. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree that you will:
- Provide accurate information about your dog’s behavior, health, and history.
- Inform the trainer of any aggression, medical conditions, or safety concerns.
- Ensure your dog is up to date on vaccinations when required.
- Follow trainer instructions during and after training sessions for best results.
- Supervise your dog when instructed to do so.
5. No Guaranteed Results
Dog training outcomes depend on multiple factors including:
- Dog temperament
- Owner consistency
- Home environment
- Regular practice of training techniques
Kelev K9 does not guarantee specific behavioral results, but commits to professional, ethical, and effective training methods.
6. Safety & Liability
By participating in training, you acknowledge that working with animals carries inherent risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kelev K9 is not responsible for:
- Injuries to the dog, owner, or others during training
- Property damage caused by the dog
- Behavioral changes outside of training sessions
- Unpredictable animal reactions
Clients participate in training at their own risk.
